OVE To Go: STAR Stichting Stadskanaal Rail

Donderdag 17 mei wordt de STAR-spoorlijn tussen Wildervank en Musselkanaal tijdelijk heropend voor goederenvervoer.

Museumspoorlijn STAR staat dan in het teken van stukgoederenvervoer per spoor. Behalve de stoomtrein tussen Wildervank en Stadskanaal rijdt op de lijnen Stadskanaal – Wildervank en Stadskanaal – Musselkanaal een speciale goederentrein waarin ook reizigers mee kunnen rijden. Deze speciale trein zal worden getrokken door de historische STAR-diesellocomotief 12 uit 1955.
