Spoorherstelling in timelapse

Na bijna twee maanden van ellende is de spoorinfrastructuur in Wetteren weer helemaal hersteld en klaar voor gebruik.

In de nacht van vrijdag 3 op zaterdag 4 mei ontspoorde in Wetteren een goederentrein, wat tot heel wat chaos en gezondheidsproblemen leidde in de omgeving.

Morgen, zaterdag 29 juni, zal er opnieuw treinverkeer mogelijk zijn tussen Wetteren en Schellebelle. De eerste trein is die van Gent Sint Pieters naar Brussel Nationale luchthaven. De trein stopt om 5u43 in Wetteren en om 5u47 in Schellebelle.
