DOETINCHEM - Om de buslijn tussen Doetinchem en Emmerik te realiseren is er een ton euro aan Duits geld nodig.

Om drie jaar lang (zo lang zou de pilot moeten duren) de bus elk half uur te laten lopen tussen Doetinchem en Emmerik is totaal een bedrag van 1,2 miljoen euro nodig. Volgens Gerard van Balveren, wethouder van de gemeente Oude IJsselstreek, is 1,1 miljoen euro gereserveerd: "De provincie heeft eerder zes ton toegezegd en Euregio Rijn-Waal vijf ton. Het zit dus vast op een ton."
