UTRECHT - Machinisten en hoofdconducteurs van de NS ondervinden onaanvaardbare belasting en schade door schuddende treinen.

Dat stelt vakbond FNV Spoor, die de Nederlandse Spoorwegen (NS) donderdag oproept om het 'reiscomfort' voor reizigers en personeel te verbeteren.

De vakbond maakt zich ''ernstig zorgen over het feit dat de kwaliteit van de ligging van de spoorweginfrastructuur slecht is". ''Volgens spoorbeheerder Prorail is de veiligheid niet in het geding. Maar machinisten en hoofdconducteurs ondervinden onaanvaardbare belasting en schade door 'schuddende treinen’.
