Verbouwing stationsomgeving Holten

HOLTEN - ProRail stelt miljoen euro beschikbaar voor aanleg tunnel bij NS-station Holten.

Een nieuwe verbinding tussen dorp en Holterberg komt daarmee stuk dichterbij. Mogelijk wordt er ook bijzondere brug als toeristische attractie gebouwd. Opnieuw komt spoorwegbeheerder ProRail met een forse subsidie over de brug in Rijssen-Holten. Deze keer gaat het om een 950.000 euro voor een tunnel voor voetgangers en fietsers bij het NS-station in Holten. De onderdoorgang wordt onderdeel van een nieuwe recreatieve verbinding tussen dorp en Holterberg; het zogeheten Groen Transferium.
