Bouw stationsomgeving Kampen-Zuid

KAMPEN/DEN HAAG - Bewoners naast de toekomstige stationswoonwijk in Kampen-Zuid willen geen woningen en wegen pal langs hun woningen, bleek maandag bij de Raad van State.

Die behandelde de bezwaren van een achttiental Kampenaren en supermarktbedrijf Van Mierlo tegen het bestemmingsplan Stationsomgeving Hanzelijn. Kampenaar Theo Netjes benadrukte dat de gemeente Kampen niet erg zorgvuldig is geweest en nauwelijks heeft overlegd met de aanwonenden. De bewoners van onder meer de Aïda en Kwint willen niet dat de huidige Niersallee opschuift richting hun woningen en dat de groenstrook tussen woningen en weg wordt volgebouwd.
